Iron Man Suit-up Gantry SY304 and The Simpsons

Been quite awhile I want to get this set. Finally arrive at my area. The price is a bit high (due to RM currency drop?) as I find the box is not really that big even though it contains 242+pcs (mainly small pieces), but, this is one of the few popular sets which came out from Sheng Yuen.
My son's comment - Nice to play, but a bit loose and easy to fall. (that's SY)
(Got one incomplete fill piece again! Hence a small portion cannot be fitted. Already encounter this defect thrice - someone is doing this intentionally?)

Let's suit UP

Hulk!. Get down from there! That's not a trampoline

The Simpson, one of my favorite sit-com cartoon. Bought the SY Simpson's 8 box set SY256. Good thing I did not rush to buy JLB's Simpson set which was released much earlier (not Justified lah). The figures is quite simple. especially for some short characters where the leg design is actually different. The printing is also simple (some of them is just plain), hence JLB should not go wrong with this. As usual, SY came with more decorative side bricks than JLB, and these Simpsons side bricks really suits the characters. Can't imagine a gun can actually be used as a mailbox lever.
SY do not have dual side printing for the head, but somehow they did print Homer's back hair BUT, they did not print the back torso (even JLB print it). SY seems to lost a lot of details in this set.

Like Maggie's tiny Flounder and Lisa's "Chipmunk"

Super Heroes with Vehicle, SY GOTG

Bought some previous SY super heroes and vehicle pack and the remaining GOTG characters (Groot and Nova Corp officer) from Sheng Yuen SY257 set that Decool did not have. The Nova Corp oficer Rhomann Dey is equip with a gun that actually can fire a tiny distance.
The vehicle belong to Spidey SY184B and Iron Man SY189B set. Disapointed with Iron man's car, although the color scheme match Iron man, but there's suppose to be the word IRON MAN at the back of the car's fin. Come on SY!

Rhomann Dey, "I am Groot" , Sakaaran

Previous purchase of Decool GOTG here

Just for the fun of it

NO ! Not my car!

Also the SY Castle series SY253 (the dark side) , which the minifigs are actually very similar to LeLe's previous released, only the side bricks are different Only got 5 out of the 8 pcs set.

Nice Horse

I got the SY184C batman vehicle set 3 days later. Looks like the street peddler I frequent is running out of bootlegos to buy. Somehow I kinda find the batman mini build vehicle series looks better, only that I really got a lot of Batman.

Scuba Diver Batman, SWAT and Olverine

These few weeks have been raining (and sadly - flooding in some places), hence the street peddler I frequent either was not open or packed up early. Anyway, today is the first purchase of bootlego for 2015.

Got the Sheng Yuen batman + vehicle sets again. The Scuba diver batman (SY203C) is unique, although facing some problem fixing his legs (due to some molding error), but able to resolve with a few trims using a pen knife - well, that's life with Bootlegos. The RC penguin with dynamite is cool. You can build more if you have similar pieces. At first I thought SY is making a funny vehicle for batman, but got to know that this is actually copied from an ori Lego set which contain the villain Penguin minifig

SY203C - Love that Penguin

Another set is from previous release - Batman Tumbler SY201A. Facing one piece missing.(what happened today!! I don't really get so many problem with SY). Good thing I got spares to fix it. Initially I thought a tumbler is like Tupperware.

SY201A - Cool Batarang and cooler mini Bat Tumbler

At the same time got the Sheng Yuen (SY) SWAT 2nd wave (SY168)- 4 pc set - another good set with lots of weapons, (but the first wave is better). Also purchased one SY GOTG Sakaaran character SY257 (most of them already got from Decool set - the SY Rocket lack de-TAIL) and the JLB "Olverine" 3D3918- Old Wolverine as my kid call him. I presume JLB think his hair is a helmet. Not that this JLB set is good, just for the fun of it (JLB - Justified Lame Buy)
