SY662 Transformer 5

Better representation of the latest Transformer 5 vs DLP's? Up to individual preference.
For the Glory of war.
For my world to live, Earth must die
I am Bumblebee, your oldest friend...I will lay down my life for you
Lockdown - look familiar?
Heavily armed Hound.
Drift with a big cannon
Bubblebee variant? Anyway, he is (suppose to be) Crosshairs
The adorable Sqweeks (actually kind of a mini build rather than a minifig)
Cade
Optimus is taller in this SY release. Nice sword and shield. Definitely Optimus has a better head detail vs DLPs - those purple eyes!. Bubblebee looks better on DLPs (although minus the red Autobot insignia). Hound still do not have the Red Cross. One can mix and match both set to make a better minifigs. By the way, Sqweeks size is bigger compare to the other Bots in this set (proportionally not matching when put together).

DLP 9055 Transformer 5

DLP Transformer 5 minifigs, Believe the figs are based from the latest movie T5, good front and back prints, but if one notice carefully, DLP actually uses repeated head gear on different character. Saw one release from SY with the bot Squeeks, maybe it is a better representation of the latest Transformer 5 movie. Anyway,  this release is still good for those that like Transformer minifigs.
Optimus Prime
Bubblebee
Crosshair
Hot Rod
Drift
Barricade
Hound with cigar (without medical symbol)
Megatron! (Really?)
Big Bubblebee 4 in 1 build
Big Optimus (Lightning sword is not included) 4 in 1 build
Them big bot builds are kinda skinny, but what do you expect from a set of 8 small boxes, the piece counts is already a lot for this set.

Various mini figures

Various minifigs from various brands. Will group them here first until (if) I get more from the individual sets.
Decool 10053 Kai Nnja Hands of Time
Decool 10054 Cole Ninja Hands of Time

SY King of Fighters Iori Agami (unique hair)
SY Nick Knights Clay with Gyrosphere (Jurassic park left overs?)

BELA TMNT.  Do not really know Bela has minifig only sets. Previously want to get their big set due to my kids are crazy over them turtles.
Bela 10285 TMNT Donatello
Bela 10283 Raphael - Really dark green

Will you recognize him if the dog is not by his side? This is a 12 box set release of the animated cartoon Scooby Doo from Bela. 4 minifigs are of the Mystery Inc teenager and the rest of the minifigs are them familair Ghouls. The nostalgic tune of "Scoody-Scoody Doo, Whre are you..." is playing in my mind.
10449 Shaggy and Scooby. What a Big Burger!
10453 Swamp Creature
Some says KreO is bootleg of LG, difference are the additional points of articulation vs LG, but here is One bootleg of KreO minifigs. These are from the brand YE 78009, which actually is a 2 in 1 box minifig set.
One of the bad bots in John Woo style

SY602 Transformer 4

Transformer 4 movie has been out since last year. Only now SY release their Transformer minifig, is it a bit out of time? I did saw SY released their Transformer minifig quite some time before from the internet, but it did not arrive to my place, nor did I see it at any other retail places either. Is this an old release with a new packing?
The printing quality is great, although very less color variance (metalic grey and yellow). An 8 minifig set, one of them is Golden Optimus Prime similar to Kreo's but with Lego minifig body.  Bumblebee has the face features from the T4 movie, unlike KreO's, Compare to earlier Transformer minifig releases, this is way much better, but some of the Decepticons and Autobots have quite similar heads.
Golden Optimus, Optimus and Bumblebee
Galvatron, Hound, Lockdown

Funny, DLP has a similar release. Even the side builds are similar. Is DLP and SY related???

Gudi - Bumblebee in brick form

Another new brand, GUDI. Is is as good as it sound? (Goody)
The design is animation Bumblebee in Brick form. Price wise, not so Goody, somehow SY mech releases is cheaper with almost similar piece count. Well, plastic is okay, finished outlook is good, but the design is not so brilliant as it is hard to make Bumblebee stand up properly due to the connection is just too weak to support his body. Many connection is either single or dual studs, hence easily come off when we are articulating the joints, even just holding it.  Anyway, it is a 2 in 1, where one can build the car instead of the Autobot. Believe the car will be sturdier.
We got an Autobot by our side , let's GO!
Size comparison with Shell Ferrari
Car mode is sturdier (yes, the door can be open) but somehow seems smaller

Transformers robot in disguise

My elder son loves Transformers. Got these 3 sets, one suppose to be for my younger son, but he trade his transformer for his big bro's Minion. My son is can transform from robot mode to vehicle mode (and vice-versa) with ease, somehow I find it not that easy.. Do note that in Robot mode, its quite hard to get the Robot to stand as the joints are quite loose after many "transforms". All of them comes with a unique weapon. The height for these are around 18 to 20cm. Well, they do come in the Over Size Transformer line if you prefer a bigger model.
IronHide with his Particle Cannon
Ironhide in GMC medium duty truck mode with Booster
Skyhammer.  He's the one with a Helicopter blades on his chest
Transform into a Helicopter
Looks like Decepticon Starscream? Somehow its Redspider - ugly fella
Jet Plane mode with Null Ray Cannons
Iron Hide fighting with Redspider
The AutoBots - OptimusPrime, BumbleBee, IronHide

Prime

My elder boy love Optimus Prime. Got him this smaller scale Optimus (still approx. 8" tall). Surprising it came with the instruction on how to turn him into the truck. (previous Bumble Bee and Grimlock do not). Looks quite good huh.

Transformer Kre-O Grimlock Street Attack

Kre-O is quoted as a "Lego Compatible" brand, but being a bootlego, the price is not cheap, in fact, it cost close to Lego, as it is market under the Hasbro brand. Being the first Kre-O set bought, the quality is good. Really like Grimlock apart from the golden Optimus Prime.. My kid has a good first round playing with Grimlock Dino force attack, which is actually a magnet inside Grimlock's mouth. Only thing is the gold is not very "gold",but still a good set.

KreO mini figures is slightly different from Lego. The KreO mini figures is more articulated; they can spread their hands and legs and twist their waist. I actually like and prefer KreO minifig over Lego. Only thing is KreO do not come out with many characters.

In a way, Lego did not really come out with any Transformer minifig, so, we can't really say Kre-O is a bootleg.

TAIKONGSHENRS Bumblebee

Due to my kids "comments" on the GREEN Bumblebee construct bot earlier, bought the below one which looks more closer to the original Bumblebee. My young one likes to turn Bumblebee into car form (yes, a Camaro) and not Autobots form. (Should just get a car for him, much cheaper). There's no instruction on how to change, but the elder one figure it out. The plastic is quite thin, so, don't force it. If the joints break, can easily snap back into place like a construct bots.
My elder son commented that this Bumblebee don't look good from the back view. He is correct,, as the maker actually just make the front side in detail. Since this toy has to transform into a car, the maker have to make the back concave (like a mask) to house the frame. For this low price, it's okay as the finishing detail of Bubblebee do look like the actual one from Transformer 4.
