Wonder why Sembo do not make 2nd floor on some of their building. This make the roof very tall from the floor.
Recent designs quite a few do not have a second floor. Sembo should add in more details to their interiors. Remember Hsanhe too do not have 2nd floor, but their interior are more detailed.
