SY211 Magic Turtles

Sheng Yuan SY211 Magic Turtles (why Magic/) four box set is actually the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles together with some "builds" of various vehicles and buildings. Combining all 4 sets one can act out the TMNT scenes with some imagination. One of the box has a mini Shellraiser, the color is a bit out, but this is an actual mini build from a Lego TMNT polybag. Found out that some of the other builds is also similar from bigger Lego sets. The TMNT minifigures are different from earlier SY releases, but same with the Decool 2nd release. One thing I find not to my satisfaction is SY do not print some of the accessories details but provide stickers instead. (LEGO too?)

The person manning the gate is not included

Ralph with the flying cart

Donnie's car has the least pieces (only 50+)

Leo with New York city backdrop and the Mini Shellraiser

The TMNT miinifigs with the provided weapon (yes, some don't match the character)

LEGOLAND® Star Wars Month

Went to visit LEGOLAND® due to this month May is the Star Wars month.

Got to meet some of the Star Wars characters. Saw some troopers and a number of Jedis in their robes, but the best is still the Dark Lord himself in Lego mode as well as actual physical mode, but the Lego Mode is way cuter.

Dooku at the back is plaincards for photo taking

There's a Star Wars fan gallery display of Star Wars theme LEGO® models built by fans. The ideas are great, the models are great. Some models are small, but some are big. Here's are a few of them for your viewing pleasure.

Look closely, can you find one "non-Star wars" famous character inside

There is suppose to be a construct your own Star Wars Microfighters activity, but I did not see it.
There is also another attraction, LEGO® Friends Live! My kids love to build the colorful world of friends, now they got to see the girls in real life. Kids can sing and dance along with the performance from original LEGO friends songs. This is the First Ever LEGO® Friends musical performance in Asia!

Prime

My elder boy love Optimus Prime. Got him this smaller scale Optimus (still approx. 8" tall). Surprising it came with the instruction on how to turn him into the truck. (previous Bumble Bee and Grimlock do not). Looks quite good huh.
